Photo Days 25-30...I did it!

I will admit that these last few days have been a struggle.  Life has been blissfully calm and without incident so there haven't been great photo opportunities.  Still, I managed to get in my daily photo.  Here they are and that's a wrap!

Day 25:

Yes, another Lou picture.  I think he's cute...so there.

Day 26:

I don't normally get involved in tracking gas prices but this one caught my attention!

Day 27:

I've started having steel cut oats for breakfast every morning.  So simple and good!

Day 28:

I made a red velvet cake!  Although it's actually more like pink velvet...oh well!

Day 29:

My birthday card has two old ladies sitting on a bus.  That will be me next month as we've planned the Hen fall trip to Foxwoods!

Day 30:

Spider plants are supposed to be impossible to kill, right?  Well, I killed the last one and have higher hopes for this new spider baby.

Photo Days 21-24

Day 21:

If you told me six months ago I would be sporting green toes, I would have laughed.  But I love them!

Day 22:

Cheap looking but not cheaply priced jewelry that I will NOT be selling!

Day 23:

He jumped from the chair up into this window.  A HUGE feat for my old man and the first time he's ever done it!

Day 24:

I got tired of the disgusting, smelly fridge at work.  I'll be bringing and storing my lunch in this going forward.

Photo Days 16-20

Day 16:

He's doing his best to ignore me!

Day 17:

These sat on my desk ready to snack on.

Day 18:

When you have a 17 1/2 year old cat with signs of hyperthyroid and kidney disease this becomes the center of the universe.

Day 19:

Hours spent chatting about everything and nothing...

Day 20:

First oil change on my new car...and the tire I thought has a leak does not!

Day 14:

How did I not know about these?? Yum!

Day 15:

Yay for Ken.!  His summer long project is almost complete!

Photo Days 9-12

It's been all about art in my house lately.  I love impressionist art and it is what has been hanging on every wall of my homes for at least 15 years.  I still love it but I decided I wanted to update, refresh and reflect my personality today.  I also used the opportunity to declutter some things in my living room and move around other things.  I will probably end up posting a big reveal once it's all done.

Day 9:

Black and white tree prints by an artist from South Portland

Day 10:

This came in the mail.  Address directly to me, not just "resident".  Hmmmm.... prenatal vitamins..thanks.

Day 11:

Two small, whimsical prints by an artist from Brunswick

Day 12:

Even though I've mostly given up soda there are days where this is all that gets me though the work day...all that gets me through!

Days 5-8

It's been a great weekend and a bit of a relief to only have to post one picture per day instead of trying to think of an entire clever post.

Day 5:

It was time to trade the summer bag for this...

Day 6:

He can be so cute!

Day 7:

Roost ladies making smoothies and juice

Day 8:

I am loving the gym!

Photo Days 2-4

So, one thing that I've been finding hard with taking a picture a day is not that it's hard to find a subject.  It's hard when you know you are going to have to post that picture and it will likely be meaningless to the person viewing.  But I'm taking a stab at it anyway!  I think it would be wise though to have a brief caption accompany each photo.

Day 2:

Sunscreen Application Fail!

Day 3:

New additions to the wall space in my office nook commemorating my summer concert series

Day 4:

Although my brain refuses to believe fall is coming my heart wanted mac and "cheez"
